While making a film in 1981 about the UK post punk indy rebellion interviewers from the USA had a chance meeting with a new band in London. The footage eventually was not used in the film, but when it resurfaced 25 years later it was none other than Duran Duran, shortly after the release of their first single, Planet Earth. Amazing how this clip captures the band at their beginnings and the look and feel of the early ’80s.
